Angels' Valley Christian Retreat Centre Legal Basis

Angels’ Valley is a society formed under the Societies Act of Alberta. It is governed by a Constitution and by a set of bylaws. We adhere to a clear statement of faith, which reaffirms our belief in the Bible as God’s Holy Word.

We encourage membership in our Angels Valley Society and also invite you to prayerfully consider applying for membership on our Board.

The Board meets every 6 to 8 weeks at the Centre for a meeting which takes about two hours. All Board members and any “staff” are volunteers.
